[seventh codicil 24/11/1926]

This is a Codicil to the Will of me

Emily Maria Georgiana Mundy of Markeaton Hall

in the County of Derby Widow ---------------

1. I give and bequeath to John Richard Fennimore  of

Markeaton an annuity of Twenty five pounds free from duty

and I express the wish that he may be allowed to live

rent free for the remainder of his life in the cottage at

Markeaton now occupied by him--------------

2. I also express the wish that Mrs Mason and her daughter

Mary Jesson and the survivor of them may continue to act

as lodgekeepers at the Markeaton Lodge ----------------

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this

twenty fourth day of November One thousand nine hundred

and twenty six ------------------------
