This is a Codicil to the last Will of me

Emily Maria Georgiana Mundy which will bears

date the Fourteenth day of August One thousand nine hundred

and thirteen   I revoke the bequest in my said Will contained[?]

of my three diamond brooches, diamond ear rings and a

miniature of Mr Mundy dated One thousand seven hundred

and seventy one set in diamonds to Harriet Alice Gilchrist

Clark-Maxwell  as I have already given the same to her

In witness whereof I have to this Codicil to my said

Will set my hand this 1st day of March One thousand

nine hundred and twenty  ------------------

Signed and declared by the Testatrix Emily Maria

Georgiana Mundy as a Codicil to her last Will and

Testament in the presence of us both present at the same

time who in her presence at her request and in the

presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names

This is a Codicil to the Will of me

Emily Maria Georgiana Mundy of Markeaton Hall

I give the sum of Five hundred pounds to my nephew

Fred S. W.  Cavendish Provided that if I shall give him

any part of this sum during my life after this date I

declare that the gift of Five hundred pounds shall be

correspondingly reduced ------------------
